Mesa/Boogie Hollywood's Return/Exchange Policy:
Mesa/Boogie Hollywood offers a five day cash back policy on items sold from our web site. If the customer has paid by cash or check a refund check will be sent. This can take up to 3 weeks to generate. The returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when it left our store and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. After five days and up to thirty days, merchandise can be returned for store credit only. There are no refunds or exchanges on special orders or consignment sales.
